I wasn't really happy with the way the lights were set-up in the original Alistair portrait so I decided to revise it. I like this version better because the contrasts bring out the subject's strength and masculinity.

On the right-hand side of the page you'll see "Details" "Link" and "Thumb" Look at the one under "Thumb". Copy and paste the text (should be like thumb1234345 with the colon on each end). I'm not sure though if the thumbnails would work if your account isn't a subscription though.
